All About Team Panther!

My name is Amirah and I am from Upper Marlboro, Maryland. My major is Sociology and Anthropology with a minor in French. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, hanging out with my friends, and watching Netflix. My family is very diverse. I am mixed with Black, White and Filipino. I am the second youngest in my blended family and I also have a Yorkie named Jolie. At my high school, I played Varsity Soccer and was involved in many different clubs including a club that I was President of named Onyx. If I could have any superpower, I would like to read minds just because I think it would be cool to know what other people are thinking.

Amanda Rogers grew up in a small town in central New Jersey. I am a freshman at High Point University and I am an Event Management major with a minor in Psychology. I am an only child, and I have a shih tzu who is now 11 years old. I played lacrosse and field hockey for about 8 years, and worked in a restaurant for over a year. In my free time I love to go to the beach, go shopping, and spend times with my friends and family. If I could have one superpower it would be to be invisible because it would be funny to pull pranks on people.

Andrea Mannarino is am from Chappaqua, New York. I am a first year student at High Point University majoring in psychology with a double minor in communications and sociology. Back in Chicago, Illinois are my parents, my two younger brothers, my younger sister and my two dogs, all of which I miss immensely. My hobbies include doing makeup, community service outreach, cooking, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and watching lots of tv, especially the Bachelor series and Family Feud. If I could have a superpower it would be teleportation, so I could travel wherever, whenever.

Ashlee Dubois is from Manchester New Hampshire. I attend High Point University as a freshman and am majoring in biology on a pre-physicians assistant track. I have two dogs back at home that I miss dearly because I am an only child so they are like my siblings. I played soccer all my life but will not be continuing competitively in college. I was in class office all four years of high school as our class treasurer. My hobbies include hanging out with my friends and going shopping. Another hobby would be watching TV and netflix because I love binging on shows. When I get bored or I am stressed out, I play the game Candy Crush and am currently on level 323. In college I hope to join greek life and be involved in big brothers big sisters club. If I could have one superpower, I would like to be invisible. I would use that to prank/scare people and get out of situations that I don’t want to be in.

MyKayla was born and raised in a small town called Erwin, North Carolina. I am 18 years of age and the second to youngest out of seven children. I attended Triton High School where I became a 2018 graduate. I graduated with honors such as NC Scholar and Beta Club. I was the Battalion Commander in JROTC, a co-captain on the Soccer and Cheer team. Now I am starting a new journey at High Point University where I am a freshman studying Neuroscience. A hobby would be soccer I love soccer!!! I could play all day if I had the chance. Another hobby would be making people laugh or smile because it takes just one person to change someone’s attitude, day, or life. A superpower I would like to gain is telepathy, if people actually believe in someone seeing into the future I would make bank.
